Supply as a Value Driver: Extending Your Business Reach through Successful Linkages

August 2-4, 2006
Chicago, IL

How do you manage complex linkages and relationships with suppliers, partners, customers and collaborators?

Synopsis

Continuing The Center for Strategic Supply Leadership's mission of shaping the future of supply management and procurement, this executive program will focus on the ranges of supplier linkages, forms of collaboration, and connections for value-add capture. Now in its second decade as a field tool, supplier relationships have recently been taking different turns with globalization, faster product life cycles, quickening paces of competition, and heightened corporate imperatives. We will examine relationships from many different angles, from the fairly straightforward ones to those which are multi-faceted and complex. We will progress toward how to identify, establish, manage, lead, and even retract from supplier linkages. Emphasis will also be placed on how to establish and structure internal linkages to ensure best chances of supply and business performance success.

You are invited to join the CSSL faculty, Trustees, and an intimate group of your peers to target the growth of supply through this key capability component.
